The Full Story

My name is Ryan Heller; a professional motorsport technician and GT3 car chief with a background in elite race car preparation, fabrication, and trackside operations. My work spans Prototypes, GT3, and GT4 series, with a focus on precision, reliability, and the quiet craftsmanship that wins races. After years of supporting top-level teams across North America, I founded Alpha Onroad to bring true professional-grade race preparation and fabrication to Dallas, offering the same standards I apply in the paddock to the drivers and racecars I support.

Vision

I’ve spent my career in motorsport, learning the craft the same way every great technician does; one long night, one rebuild, and one race weekend at a time. I never set out to be in the spotlight. Instead, I built a reputation through detail, discipline, and the belief that every component on a race car deserves absolute respect. That mindset carried me into GT racing, where I currently serve as a GT3 Car Chief, and support teams in some of the most competitive championships in North America.

Over the years, I realized that what separates a good car from a great one isn’t money or parts, it’s intention. It’s the standard you apply when no one is watching. It’s putting the same care into a weld, a wiring harness, or a setup change as you would for a factory effort. Alpha Onroad was created to bring that level of professionalism to Dallas. Not a general performance shop, not a volume business.  Just focused, high-end motorsport preparation for drivers who demand more.

Whether I’m rebuilding a GT3 car for the season ahead, fabricating a custom solution you can’t buy off the shelf, or managing a turn-key program for a driver moving up the ladder, my mission is the same; to deliver work that holds up under pressure, earns trust, and lets you compete without compromise.
